Su estructura interna consiste en una aleaci\u00f3n dispuesta en <strong>alambre de dos metales distintos <\/strong>unidos por sus extremos.<\/p>\n<p>Las <strong>tensiones<\/strong> que se forman en la uni\u00f3n de ambos incrementan o disminuyen su temperatura. Lo que resulta esencial para un buen uso.<\/p>\n<p>No solo para <strong>controlar las elaboraciones culinarias<\/strong> o la integridad de los materiales accesorios. Su tolerancia de temperaturas los hace <strong>id\u00f3neos para hornos y vitrocer\u00e1micas.<\/strong> Adem\u00e1s, resulta uno de los m\u00e1s econ\u00f3micos.<\/p>\n<p>Otros termopares formados por cobre-n\u00edquel est\u00e1n adaptados para electrodom\u00e9sticos con altos niveles de humedad y ambientes reductores.
