Una vez cocinadas, el hojaldre nos llevar\u00e1 apenas 15 minutos.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dar_sabor_a_la_calabaza_y_la_manzana\"><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Dar sabor a la calabaza y la manzana<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El primer paso ser\u00eda <strong>precalentar el horno a 180<\/strong><strong>\u00b0<\/strong> para empezar cocinando la <strong>calabaza y la manzana. <\/strong>Cortaremos estas, en peque\u00f1os cuadrados y echaremos un chorrito de aceite. <strong>Salpimentar <\/strong>al gusto y m\u00e9telo en el horno durante <strong>40 minutos. <\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Prepara_el_resto_de_los_ingredientes\"><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Prepara el resto de los ingredientes<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mientras tanto, <strong>corta el hojaldre<\/strong> en cuantos trozos consideres. Doce porciones ser\u00edan perfectas para 4 comensales. Que no se te olvide <strong>pinchar la zona central<\/strong> con un tenedor para que el hojaldre no se bufe cuando lo metas al horno. Tambi\u00e9n puedes ir cortando el queso en trozos y reservarlo.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Montaje_de_los_hojaldres\"><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Montaje de los hojaldres<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pasados los 40 minutos <strong>distribuimos la calabaza, la manzana y el queso brie<\/strong> de manera proporcional en los hojaldres. Para <strong>evitar problemas<\/strong> con el hojaldre te recomiendo que lo despegues del papel antes de empezar. Si lo dejas tal cual puede que al hacer el hojaldre se quede pegado. De los hojaldres disponibles, elije uno con <strong>mantequilla <\/strong>y conseguir\u00e1s un mejor resultado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otra parte, aseg\u00farate de que la parte central este agujereada de <strong>manera homog\u00e9nea.<\/strong> Recuerda que los ingredientes ir\u00e1n encima. Si se buzan, los ingredientes acabaran desparram\u00e1ndose por el horno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El queso se fundir\u00e1 con facilidad, puedes cortar <strong>trozos m\u00e1s grandes<\/strong> que la manzana o la calabaza. <strong>D\u00e9jalo enfriar<\/strong> un poco antes de comerlo. Sino la masa del hojaldre podr\u00eda apelmazarse y te costar\u00e1 m\u00e1s hacer la digesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recuerda que puedes usar otros quesos si el brie no es de tu agrado.
