El resto del cocinado es <strong>sencillo y continuo.<\/strong> Lo cual nos permite realizar otras tareas.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_salsa_de_mostaza_y_miel\"><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">La salsa de mostaza y miel<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una buena <strong>salsa <\/strong>es lo que define a unas buenas costillas de cerdo al horno. Para elaborarla elegiremos un bol donde mezclar los ingredientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Primero vertemos la <strong>miel y la mostaza<\/strong> y removemos hasta integrarla completamente. En un mortero, <strong>machaca el ajo<\/strong> e incl\u00fayelo en la salsa junto a un chorrito de aceite de oliva. Removemos con unas varillas hasta que la salsa este cohesionada.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Horneando_costillas_con_una_salsa_casera\"><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Horneando costillas con una salsa casera<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>horno debe estar a 200<\/strong><strong>\u00b0<\/strong> antes de meter la bandeja. Mientras tanto, salpimentamos las costillas por ambos lados. <strong>Pintaremos las costillas<\/strong> con la salsa de mostaza y miel con la ayuda de un pincel de cocina. Introducimos de nuevo la bandeja en el interior durante <strong>otros 25 minutos<\/strong> a media altura. Acabado el tiempo tendremos unas fabulosas costillas de cerdo con miel y mostaza. Como guarnici\u00f3n podemos incorporar un pur\u00e9 de patatas.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Consejos_finales\"><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">Consejos finales<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las <strong>cantidades <\/strong>de miel y mostaza depender\u00e1n del gusto del comensal. Por tanto, puedes oscilar las cantidades para encontrar el punto que mas te guste. As\u00ed como incluir <strong>otros ingredientes <\/strong>como salsa de soja o barbacoa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado, f\u00edjate si la parte inferior de las costillas poseen una <strong>telilla blanca<\/strong> pegada al hueso. Si es el caso qu\u00edtala tirando de ella suavemente. La tela no se endurecer\u00e1 y tendr\u00e1s unas costillas m\u00e1s tiernas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si tienes m\u00e1s tiempo y quieres conseguir ese<strong> contraste entre jugosidad y crujiente,<\/strong> cambia los tiempos de cocci\u00f3n. Envuelve las costillas en <strong>papel de aluminio<\/strong> durante 1 hora a 150\u00ba.
